Bradley Samuels

Brad is a founding partner at SITU, an unconventional architecture and planning practice that uses design, research and fabrication for creative and social impact.  SITU’s clients and collaborators come from a range of sectors across commercial, institutional, cultural and residential clientele.

Currently SITU is working on a number of projects that include: the new headquarters for the Advanced Functional Fabrics of America, a campus pavilion for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, workspace for Google’s Creative Lab and a project with the Brooklyn Public Library to develop reconfigurable spaces for branches across the borough.

Beyond his work at SITU, Brad sits on the Board of The Architectural League of New York, serves on AIANY’s Scholarship Committee, is on the Editorial Board for Urban Omnibus and teaches undergraduate students in the Barnard + Columbia Architecture program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union.
