Chef Jack Silberstein is a Founder and the CEO of Jack’s Gourmet (jacksgourmet.com), a producer of authentic handcrafted kosher deli meats and sausages.
Founded in 2010, Jack’s Gourmet is now the leader in Glatt-Kosher sausages in the United States. Available in major chains and club stores throughout the US and Canada, Jack’s Gourmet is always expanding- both geographically and with new and unique products. Jack’s Gourmet recently launched a line of All-Natural and Preservative-Free poultry sausages that are manufactured in Israel.
Jack is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY from which he graduated with an advanced honors degree in culinary arts and was the recipient of the prestigious Culinary Award. Jack has unique and varied work experiences within the culinary world having worked for the food section of the LA Times, as a consultant for various food companies and restaurants, and as a private chef and cooking instructor.
Jack resides on Long Island with his amazing Wife. He spends his spare time cooking, reading and doing projects around the house.
