Beth Raskin Demba

Head of Capital Deployment, East Region

Ms. Demba is the Head of Capital Deployment in the East Region at Prologis, focusing on the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada. Beth was previously a Managing Director at CPPIB overseeing the Industrial and Data Center business across the US. Prior to joining CPPIB, she was a Managing Director at Hines and spent ten years in portfolio management for a series of closed end Value Added Office vehicles. Before joining Hines, Beth was a Vice President with ING Clarion Partners where she was responsible for acquisitions within the New York metro area. She also spent four years in equity research, having worked for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Ms. Demba graduated from Smith College with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Beth is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX), NAIOP and a council member of the Urban Land Institute.
